2020 Customer Review Achievements

We are so excited to share that in 2020, DesktopShipper received multiple customer review achievements! DesktopShipper is dedicated to our technology's success and our customers, and receiving recognition on the technology-front further represents our devotion. 

Capterra, Software Advice, and Get APP help millions compare and find the best business software for their needs. Their platforms use customer reviews to help decide the best on the market. To summarize, these awards are a huge deal, and we couldn't be more thrilled! In 2020, we received five top achievements: Capterra Top 20, Capterra Best Value, Get APP Category Leaders, Software Advice Most Recommended, and Software Advice FrontRunner in Order Management. 

Capterra Best Value in Shipping is a huge flipping deal! (I mean, we are actually freaking out!) Best Value is awarded to products with the highest user ratings for overall value for money. And, out of all the options out there, we were named Best Value in Shipping Software. Please hold while we grab the tissues. As we mentioned before, users determine this award, which means more to us than we can explain. We pride ourselves on being a fully stacked shipping solution for one monthly rate instead of forcing users into purchasing additional technology on top of the base system. Saving customers money is an important goal for our team. We are here for our customers and are happy to report this badge is just as much for them as it is for us. 

Capterra Top 20 award for Order Management is for those who represent the best of order management software. Though DsektopShipper's technology is more than just order management, it is one of the main components of an e-commerce small parcel shipping solution. Learn more about the award here. 

Get APP Category Leaders in Shipping Software represent companies that offer the best of the best shipping software. Get APP has ten years of software recognition and, similar to Capterra, is reviewed and monitored by consumers. DesktopShipper was named a FrontRunner for Order Management software by Software Advice. (We previously announced this achievement in November but felt it was worth mentioning again!) FrontRunners is designed to help small businesses evaluate which software products may be right for them. They score eligible software companies based on usability (functionality and ease-of-use) and customer satisfaction (value for money, likelihood to recommend, and customer support). Software Advice Most Recommended Procurement Software badge is awarded based on top-rated products for a category's specific rating field. According to their parent company, Gartner Digital Markets, "This exclusive program shines a spotlight on our highest-rated products based on verified user reviews in specific software categories." We are honored to receive this badge and hope that our users will continue to recommend us throughout 2021 and into the future. 

2020 was a whirlwind for us all. We feel lucky to have supported our clients during a time where shutdowns and quarantine forced shopping online, and e-commerce reigned supreme. Receiving these awards is a fantastic way to end the year.
